From Idea to Impact
Our founder Boris van Neerven spent seven years at Homerr (later Vinted Go), managing a network of nearly 14,000 pickup points across six European countries. A large part of that role was inbound and outbound communication at scale, and witnessing first-hand how much human effort went into every single call. After leaving Vinted, Boris decided to solve this problem differently. Not as a consultant, but as a builder. PromptTelecom was founded in 2026 within TelecomTAG B.V., born from the conviction that AI voice agents can handle routine calls so teams can focus on what truly matters.
